Driving
From Gulf Boulevard, turn west onto 68th Avenue, then drive to Beach Plaza Road. Upham Beach stretches from approximately 67th Avenue to 71st Avenue. Parking is available in metered lots. Parking costs $4.00/hr Monday - Friday and $4.75/hr Saturday - Sunday. Payment can be made via credit card at the pay stations, credit card via Pay-By-Text, or via the payment options provided on the Apps. Holiday Rates will take affect the holiday weekend of Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day. Parking will be a flat rate of $25 per day on the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the holiday weekend, and on the actual holiday, as observed by the City. Parking is free after 8 PM. Be aware that parking spaces fill quickly, especially during peak season and weekends.

Public Transport
The SunRunner Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) connects downtown St. Pete to South Pasadena and St. Pete Beach. From the nearest SunRunner stop, transfer to the Suncoast Beach Trolley, which runs along Gulf Boulevard. Get off the trolley near 68th Avenue and Gulf Boulevard and walk west towards Beach Plaza Road to reach Upham Beach. The bus and trolley fare is $2.25 per ride. Alternatively, PSTA bus routes 90, SUN, and SCBT have routes that pass near Upham Beach. The nearest bus station to Upham Beach is Gulf Blvd + Gulf Winds Dr, a 1 min walk away.

Use the Freebee app to request a ride to Upham Beach within their service area, which covers the entire city from Pass-a-Grille to the Blind Pass bridge.
