    From anywhere in the Treasure Coast, get on I-95 S. Follow signs for I-595 W toward Fort Lauderdale. Merge onto I-75 S and take exit 220 for US-41 S toward Naples. Continue on US-41 S until you reach the exit for FL-681 S. Follow FL-681 S until you reach the junction with the Pinellas Bayway. Take the Pinellas Bayway to the Fort De Soto Park entrance. Once inside the park, follow the signs to Historic Fort De Soto.
