From Rond-Point du Prado metro station (Line 2), take bus number 22 towards Les Baumettes. Alight at the terminus (Les Baumettes). From there, it's approximately a 45-minute to 1-hour walk to Calanque de Sormiou. Follow the signs towards the calanque. Be prepared for a downhill walk, meaning an uphill return. No costs are associated with this guidance, assuming you already have a valid Marseille public transport ticket (€1.60 for a single ticket).

Driving to Calanque de Sormiou is possible, but heavily regulated, especially during peak season (weekends, holidays, and daily from July 1st to August 31st, between 7 AM and 7 PM).
