    Starting from the Annecy train station (Gare d'Annecy), exit the station and head south towards Avenue de la Gare. Continue straight onto Rue de la République. Walk past the Palais de l'Isle, a famous historical building, and keep going until you reach the Place de la Liberté. From there, head towards Rue Carnot and continue until you reach the beautiful Lake Annecy. Once you reach the lake, turn left and follow the lakeside path along Quai de la Poissonnerie.
