If you're near the Geneva central area, start by walking towards the Cornavin Train Station. Look for the large clock tower that is a prominent landmark. Once you reach the station, head to the entrance and go inside. You will find the Geneva Tourist Information Centre located on the 1st floor (Pl. de Cornavin 7). Simply follow the signs directing you to the tourist information area.

Use the tram network to get to the Cornavin Train Station. Board any tram that heads towards 'Gare Cornavin' (you can take Lines 12, 14, or 18). After a short ride, disembark at the 'Gare Cornavin' stop. Upon exiting the tram, walk into the station and take the stairs or elevator to the 1st floor where you will find the Geneva Tourist Information Centre at Pl. de Cornavin 7.
