    Start at the Annecy Train Station (Gare d'Annecy). Exit the station and head southeast on Rue de la Gare. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Avenue du Parmelan. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Rue de la République. Turn right onto Rue de la République and continue walking. This street will lead you through the beautiful old town of Annecy. You will pass by shops, cafés, and the stunning canals.
