Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Annecy train station (Gare d'Annecy), exit the station and head south on Avenue de la République. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue des Jardins. Turn left onto Rue des Jardins and follow it until you reach the end where it meets the lake. Turn right onto the lakeside promenade, and continue walking along the beautiful shores of Lake Annecy until you reach the Quai du Mont-Blanc ferry terminal in Geneva. This will take approximately 2 hours, and you'll enjoy picturesque views along the way.

  • Public Transport

    From central Annecy, head to the nearest bus stop (Gare Routière). Take bus number 61 towards Geneva. The journey will take around 1 hour and 15 minutes. The bus will take you directly to the Geneva main bus station (Gare Routière de Genève). Once you arrive, exit the bus station and walk towards the lake. Follow the signs to Quai du Mont-Blanc, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus station. Enjoy the scenic views along your walk!
