Walking
From the center of Andernos-les-Bains, such as the main street (Boulevard de la République) or the Andernos-les-Bains Tourist Office, Beach Mauret is approximately a 20-30 minute walk. Head south along Boulevard de la République towards Lanton. Turn right onto Avenue de l'Océan. Continue along Avenue de l'Océan until you reach the beach. The walk is mostly flat and offers views of the town and the bay. No costs are associated with walking.
Public Transport
Several bus lines serve Andernos-les-Bains. From the Andernos Mairie bus stop, take a bus that heads in the direction of Lanton. Alight at a stop close to Avenue de l'Océan. From there, it's a short walk to Beach Mauret. Bus tickets cost approximately €1.30 for a single journey. Check the Alégo bus network for the most up-to-date schedules and routes.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber are available in Andernos-les-Bains. A taxi ride from the town center to Beach Mauret will take approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. Driving
From the center of Andernos-les-Bains, follow Boulevard de la République south towards Lanton. Turn right onto Avenue de l'Océan. There are several free parking areas near Beach Mauret, including at the end of Avenue de l'Océan, Allée du Golf, and Boulevard du Colonel Wurtz. Parking can be limited during peak season, so arrive early. Parking is free.
