Walking
From the Seignosse Océan town center, follow Avenue des Estagnots south. Turn left onto Avenue du Penon. Continue along Avenue du Penon for approximately 1 km. Plage des Bourdaines will be on your right, marked by beach access paths through the dunes. The walk is roughly 15-20 minutes, offering views of local residences and the surrounding landscape.
Public Transport
From Dax or Bayonne, take the RDTL bus line 517 to Seignosse. Disembark at the 'Seignosse Océan' stop. From there, follow the walking directions above (Avenue des Estagnots, then Avenue du Penon) to reach Plage des Bourdaines. A single bus ticket costs €2.50. A return ticket on the same day costs €4.50.
Driving
From Seignosse Océan, follow Avenue des Estagnots south. Turn left onto Avenue du Penon. Continue on Avenue du Penon until you see signs for Plage des Bourdaines. Turn right into the beach parking area. Parking is free, but can be crowded during peak season. There are electric vehicle charging stations available in the parking area.
