From Dax or Bayonne, take the RDTL bus line 517 to Seignosse. Disembark at the 'Seignosse Océan' stop. From there, follow the walking directions above (Avenue des Estagnots, then Avenue du Penon) to reach Plage des Bourdaines. A single bus ticket costs €2.50. A return ticket on the same day costs €4.50.

From Seignosse Océan, follow Avenue des Estagnots south. Turn left onto Avenue du Penon. Continue on Avenue du Penon until you see signs for Plage des Bourdaines.
