Walking
From the Palais des Papes, Avignon Cathedral is a short walk. Exit the palace onto Place du Palais and the cathedral is located directly to the left, next to the palace. The entrance is on Place du Palais. No costs are associated with this final approach.

From Avignon Centre train station, take the Orizo bus. Several bus lines connect the train station to the city center. Get off at the 'Avignon Poste' stop, which is close to Place du Palais. From there, walk towards the Palais des Papes; the cathedral is adjacent to it. A single bus ticket costs €1.30.
