Perfect Blend of History, Pastry, and Gastronomy
I had a wonderful day exploring Bordeaux’s history and its best vegan pastry gems, followed by a cooking class in Sarala’s lovely kitchen. As a French pastry chef, it was a pleasure to be inspired by new ingredients and methods to create a lovely vegan meal and dessert. A refreshing approach and a truly personal experience.
