If you are in the city center of Caen, start by heading towards the 'Gare de Caen' (Caen train station). From the station, walk south on Rue de Bernières until you reach Rue de la Gare. Turn right onto Rue de la Gare and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de Falaise. Here, turn left and follow Rue de Falaise until you reach the 'Place de la République'.
