If you are starting from the center of Saint-Tropez, begin at the Place des Lices, a popular square. From there, head south towards the coast on Rue de la République. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront promenade, known as the Quai Jean Jaurès. Turn left and walk along the promenade, enjoying the beautiful views of the harbor. Proceed until you reach the end of the quay, then turn right onto Rue des Remparts. Follow Rue des Remparts until you see Plage de La Ponche on your right, located at 4 Rue des Remparts.
