Upon arrival at Carentan station, exit the station and look for the bus stop nearby. Take the bus line 9 towards 'Colleville-sur-Mer'. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Omaha Beach'. From there, it's a short 10-15 minute walk to the Overlord Museum located at Lotissement Omaha Center, 14710 Colleville-sur-Mer.

If you prefer to walk, start from the city center of Caen and head towards Rue Saint-Pierre, following the signs towards the Caen train station. After reaching the station, you can catch a bus as mentioned above or continue walking. However, walking directly to Overlord Museum is not recommended as it is approximately 14 km away and would take around 3 hours. It is advisable to use public transportation instead.
