Ferry
The only way to reach Île Sainte-Marguerite is by ferry from Cannes. Ferries depart regularly from Quai Laubeuf in the Vieux Port (Old Port) of Cannes. Several maritime transport companies operate this route, including Trans Côte d'Azur and Riviera Lines. The ferry crossing takes approximately 15 minutes. A round-trip ticket costs approximately €18.50 for adults, €12.50 for children (5-12 years), and €16.50 for youth/seniors. Check the latest schedules and prices online or at the ferry terminal. Parking is available near the Old Port, with options including Parking Pantiero, Parking Suquet Forville and Parking Palais des Festivals. Note that Parking Laubeuf is closed. Once on the island, the Fort Royal is approximately a 500m walk uphill from the landing stage.
