Bus
From Cannes, head to the main bus station located at 1 Avenue de la Gare. Look for the bus line 44, which will take you directly to Saint-Tropez. Purchase a ticket from the kiosk or the bus driver. Once you're on the bus, stay on until you reach the stop for Pampelonne Beach, which is approximately a 45-minute ride. Make sure to get off at the 'Pampelonne' stop.

Train and Bus
Start at the Cannes train station (Gare de Cannes) located at 1 Place de la Gare. Take a train towards Saint-Raphaël. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Saint-Raphaël station. From there, walk to the bus stop and catch the bus line 7801 towards Saint-Tropez. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, and disembark at the 'Pampelonne' stop. Follow the signs to the beach from there.

Walking and Public Transport
If you prefer a more scenic route, start walking towards the Cannes Old Port (Vieux Port) and enjoy the views. From the Old Port, take the bus line 21 towards La Bocca. After about 10 minutes, transfer to bus line 44 at the La Bocca stop. Stay on this bus until you arrive at Pampelonne Beach, which should take around 45 minutes.
