Bus
From central Cannes, walk to the 'Cannes Gare Routière' bus station located near the train station. Look for the bus line 250 toward 'Théoule-sur-Mer'. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Théoule-sur-Mer' bus stop, exit the bus. Walk down to the promenade (Prom. André Pradayrol) and head west along the coast for about 15 minutes. Plage de l'Aiguille (Publique) will be on your left.

Train and Walk
From Cannes, walk to the Cannes train station (Gare de Cannes). Take the train towards 'Nice Ville' and get off at the 'Théoule-sur-Mer' station. After exiting the train, walk down the hill towards the coast. Continue along the Promenade André Pradayrol for about 20 minutes. Plage de l'Aiguille (Publique) will be located on your left side along the beach.

Walking
If you are feeling adventurous, you can walk directly from Cannes to Plage de l'Aiguille (Publique). Start at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès and head southwest along the Boulevard de la Midi. Continue to follow the coastal path (Chemin des Douaniers) which takes you on a scenic route along the coastline. This walk is approximately 1.5 hours, so be prepared with water and sun protection.
