Public Transport
From Antibes city center or the train station, take Envibus bus line 2 towards Cap d'Antibes. Get off at the 'Eden Roc' stop. From there, it's a short, approximately 5-minute walk to Plage de la Garoupe. A single bus fare is around €1.50.
Driving
From Antibes, follow signs for Cap d'Antibes. Continue along Boulevard de la Garoupe. Turn left at the sign for 'Plage de la Garoupe'. There is a free parking lot (Avenue André Sella) near the beach, but it fills up quickly, especially in summer. Arrive early. Alternative parking can be found along the streets, but availability is limited. Parking is free.
Taxi/Ride-Share
A taxi or ride-share from Antibes city center to Plage de la Garoupe will cost approximately €15-€25, depending on traffic and the time of day. The journey takes around 10-15 minutes.
