Walking
From the Cassis harbor (Port de Cassis), the lighthouse is easily accessible by foot. Walk along Quai des Moulins, following the harbor front. The lighthouse is located at the end of the quay, on a rocky promontory. The walk is short and offers beautiful views of the harbor and the sea. No costs are associated with walking to the lighthouse.
Public Transport
If arriving by train at Cassis SNCF station, take the local bus or a taxi to the Cassis harbor area. From the harbor, follow the walking directions above to reach the lighthouse. A single bus fare from the train station to the harbor is approximately €2. A taxi ride will cost around €15-€20.
Driving
If driving, park in one of the public parking lots in Cassis, such as Parking des Gorguettes (with shuttle to the center, shuttle costs €1.60 return) or Parking de la Presqu'île (closer, but can be expensive during high season). From the parking lot, walk to the harbor and follow the walking directions to the lighthouse. Parking fees vary, but expect to pay around €2-€3 per hour, or €15-€20 for a full day.
