  • Train

    The nearest train station is Onzain/Chaumont-sur-Loire. From Paris, take a train to Onzain/Chaumont-sur-Loire station (approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes). From Blois, the train journey is about 10-15 minutes. From Tours, the train ride is approximately 20-40 minutes. From the station, it's about a 15-minute walk or a short taxi ride to the Château. A shuttle bus operates between the station and the château during high season for €1.25.

  • Car

    If driving, follow the A-10 highway and take exit 17 towards Blois/Vendôme (D-956). Continue on D-956, then take D-951, Levée de la Loire/D751, and D173 to D751 in Chaumont-sur-Loire. Free parking is available near the entrance with a valid castle ticket. There are two parking areas, one with height restrictions and one without. Alternatively, parking is available in the village of Chaumont-sur-Loire.
