Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Chamonix. Head southwest on Rue du Docteur Paccard towards Avenue Michel Croz. Take a right onto Avenue Michel Croz and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue Joseph Vallot. Follow this road until you reach the next roundabout, and take the first exit onto Rue de la Tournette. Continue on this road for about 1 kilometer, and Le parc Couttet will be on your right at 84 Chem. de la Tournette, 74400 Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. There is limited parking available nearby, so be sure to check for any parking regulations.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  For those using public transportation, take the local bus service. You can catch the bus at the Chamonix Bus Station (Gare Routière de Chamonix) located near the center of town. Look for the line that goes towards 'Les Praz' or 'Argentiere' and check the schedules for the specific route that stops closest to Le parc Couttet. Disembark at the stop named 'Les Tines' or 'Le Savoy' and walk approximately 10-15 minutes to reach the park. As you walk, head towards Rue de la Tournette and follow it until you arrive at the park entrance. Note that the bus fare is around €2 per trip.

• Walking

  If you are already in Chamonix and prefer to walk, you can start from the center of town. Make your way to Avenue Michel Croz, and follow the same route as described for the car. It is approximately a 20-minute walk (about 1.5 km) from the center. Head southwest on Rue du Docteur Paccard, then take a right onto Avenue Michel Croz. Continue to the roundabout and take the second exit onto Rue Joseph Vallot. Continue straight, and then take the first exit at the next roundabout onto Rue de la Tournette. Le parc Couttet will be on your right.
