Place du Poilu is centrally located in Chamonix and easily accessible on foot from most points in the town center. From Place du Mont Blanc, walk east along Avenue Michel Croz, then turn right onto Rue Whymper. The park will be on your left. The walk is short and straightforward, taking only a few minutes. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards the town hall (Mairie), as the park is nearby.
