Built between 1843 and 1850, this neo-Renaissance château was commissioned by Madame Clicquot as a gift to her daughter and granddaughter. The architecture, inspired by the Château de Chambord in the Loire Valley, features 365 windows and doors.Over the years, the château has passed through several hands, serving as a military hospital during both World Wars. In 1927, the Fringhian family acquired the estate, continuing the tradition of Champagne production. Today, Champagne Château de Boursault is one of the few Champagne houses that bottles its champagne directly on the estate, maintaining an artisanal process passed down through four generations.
