From Colmar, head to the Colmar bus station (Gare Routière). Take the bus number 250 towards 'Gueberschwihr'. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Gueberschwihr' stop. From there, walk approximately 15 minutes along Route de Gueberschwihr towards 1 Brunnmattweg. The Domaine Gueth will be on your left.
