Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the Colmar train station, exit the station and walk straight down Rue du Ladhof until you reach the intersection with Rue du Nord. Turn left onto Rue du Nord and continue straight for about 10 minutes. You'll pass by several shops and cafes along the way. Once you reach the Place de la Gare, continue straight, and you'll see signs pointing towards the Vieille ville. Follow the signs, and after about 5 minutes, you'll arrive at Rue des Tanneurs, where the Vieille ville is located.

  • Public Transport

    From the Colmar train station, you can take Bus Line 1 (Direction: Logelbach) and get off at the stop 'Place de l'Ancienne Douane'. The ride takes about 5 minutes. Once you exit the bus, head southeast on Rue des Tanneurs, which is a short walk from the bus stop. You will find yourself in the heart of the Vieille ville.

    If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near the train station. Head out of the station and take Rue du Ladhof towards Rue du Nord.
