  If you are traveling by car within Dordogne, the easiest way to reach Pont Des Barris in Périgueux is to use the D6089 road. From the center of Périgueux, head southeast on Rue de la République towards Avenue Georges Pompidou. Continue on D6089 for approximately 3 km. Look for signs for L'Isle, and follow the signs to Pont Des Barris. There is ample parking available nearby.

  To reach Pont Des Barris using public transportation, take a bus from Périgueux to L'Isle. You can catch the bus at the main bus station in Périgueux (Gare Routière). The bus service is operated by the local transport authority and runs several times a day, but check the schedule in advance. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at L'Isle, follow the signs to Pont Des Barris, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

The bridge is approximately a 15-minute walk from the center of L'Isle. Simply follow the local signs leading to Pont Des Barris, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings as you make your way there.
