The Grotte de Choranche is located off the D531 road. From Grenoble or Valence, allow approximately one hour of driving time. From A49, take exit 9 (Saint-Marcellin) if coming from Grenoble, or exit 8 (Baume d'Hostun) if coming from Valence, then follow signs to Pont-en-Royans, Villard-de-Lans, and finally Gorges de la Bourne. Follow the road to the cave. There is a free parking area at the entrance of the site. Be aware that during peak tourist season, the access road can experience heavy traffic between 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM.
