After approximately 10 kilometers, you will reach the parking area near the base of Pic de Tantajo. Be aware that parking may be limited, especially on weekends.

For those using public transportation, you can take a train from Montpellier to Bédarieux. The train journey takes about 1 hour. Upon arrival at Bédarieux train station, you can either take a local taxi or a bus to reach the trailhead of Pic de Tantajo. Note that bus services may be limited, so check the schedule in advance. The taxi ride from the station to the trailhead should take approximately 15 minutes and cost around €15.
