To reach Château d'Aguilar by car from the center of Carcassonne, head southwest on the D6113 road. Continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Tuchan. Once in Tuchan, follow the signs to Château d'Aguilar, which is located about 4 kilometers outside of town. There is a small parking area near the castle. Please note that parking may have a cost of approximately €2.

If you are traveling by public transportation, take a train from Carcassonne to Lézignan-Corbières. From Lézignan-Corbières, you can catch a local bus (line 18) to Tuchan.
