Getting There

Car
From Les Deux Alpes, head southeast on the D211 road towards the town of Allemont. Continue for about 9 kilometers until you reach the roundabout near Allemont. Take the second exit onto D526 towards Huez. After approximately 6 kilometers, turn right onto Rte des Lacs. Follow this road for about 3 kilometers until you see signs for Lac Rond. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that parking may incur a fee during peak season.

From Les Deux Alpes, take the local bus (Line 1) towards Allemont. The bus departs from the main bus station in Les Deux Alpes. After about a 30-minute ride, disembark at the Allemont stop. Once you reach Huez, walk towards Rte des Lacs, and follow the road for about 3 kilometers until you arrive at Lac Rond. Note that bus tickets cost approximately 2-4 euros depending on the distance.
