Over the generations, the hotel has evolved, with Robert Mounier and his wife Georgia adding exceptional features such as swimming pools, a spa, and a gourmet restaurant that earned a Michelin star shortly after opening. Today, Alban Mounier and his wife Angélique continue the tradition of hospitality.The hotel offers a variety of rooms, including Diablotine, Muzelle, and Meije bedrooms, some with duplex layouts. Guests can enjoy a range of facilities, including heated indoor and seasonal outdoor pools and a spa. The hotel is also committed to sustainable tourism, holding a 'Green Key' label for its environmental responsibility.The hotel boasts three on-site restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Le P'tit Polyte, offering guests a diverse culinary experience with a focus on fresh, local, and seasonal produce. The hotel's location provides easy access to the Diable chair lift (a 5-minute walk) and the Jandri Express (a 10-minute walk).
