Getting There

Metro
If you're near the Lille Flandres train station, head to the Metro station located just outside. Take Line 1 (the yellow line) towards '4 Cantons - Stade Pierre-Mauroy' and get off at 'République - Beaux Arts' station. Once you exit the metro, follow the signs towards 'Palais des Beaux Arts', which is just a short walk down the street. The museum will be on your left as you approach the plaza.

Find a nearby bus stop and take bus line 'L1' or 'L2'. Both lines stop at 'République - Beaux Arts'. Once you get off the bus, you'll see the Palais des Beaux Arts directly in front of you in the Place de la République. The museum is hard to miss with its grand entrance.

If you are in the city center (around the Grand Place), you can walk to the Palais des Beaux Arts. Head east on Rue de la Monnaie until you reach Place de la République. The museum is located at the end of the square. It should take you about 15 minutes to walk there, and you will enjoy some beautiful architecture along the way.
