If you are starting from the Lille Flandres train station, exit the station and head towards Rue de Tournai. Walk straight until you reach the Place du Théâtre. From there, continue straight onto Rue des Postes until you reach the intersection with Boulevard de la Liberté. Turn left and walk down Boulevard de la Liberté until you reach the intersection with Rue de Valenciennes. Turn right onto Rue de Valenciennes and continue straight until you reach the Jardin des Plantes. The Zoo de Lille is located within the Jardin des Plantes, at Allée Arlette Gruss.

To reach Zoo de Lille by tram, head to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Rihour'. Take tram line 2 (the orange line) towards 'Cité Scientifique'. Alight at the stop 'Jardin des Plantes'. From the tram stop, walk towards the entrance of the Jardin des Plantes, and you will find the Zoo de Lille located inside the park at Allée Arlette Gruss.
