Travel Guide to Place des Justes

Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving in Lorraine, head towards Nancy, which is well connected by major roads. From the A31 motorway, take exit 33 towards Nancy. Follow the signs for Nancy Centre. Once in the city, navigate to Place Alexandre I, where Place des Justes is located. Parking options are available nearby, but be aware that some areas may require payment, typically around €1-€2 per hour.

• Public Transportation - Train

  If you are travelling by train, take a train to Nancy Gare (Nancy Train Station). Once you arrive at the station, exit and catch tram line 1 towards 'Hôpital Central'. Get off at the 'Place de la République' stop. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to Place des Justes. Walk down Rue de la Liberté, then turn onto Rue Saint-Dizier, leading you directly to Place des Justes. The tram ticket costs about €1.60.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  You can also take a bus to Nancy. If you arrive at Nancy Bus Station, take bus line 4 towards 'Palais des Congrès'. Get off at 'Place de la République'. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Place des Justes. Follow the same walking directions as mentioned above. The bus fare is approximately €1.50.

• Walking

  If you are already in the Nancy city center, you can easily walk to Place des Justes. Start from the Place de la République and proceed south along Rue de la Liberté, then turn left onto Rue Saint-Dizier. Continue straight until you reach Place des Justes, located at 5 Pl. Alexandre 1er. This walk should take around 10 minutes.
