Public Transport
From Place Bellecour, take bus C20 towards 'St-Just'. Alight at the 'St-Alexandre' stop, a short walk from the Jardin des Curiosités. Alternatively, take the funicular F1 from Vieux Lyon (Saint-Jean station) to 'Saint-Just'. From there, it's a brief downhill walk to Place Abbé Larue and the garden entrance, located at the back of the parking. A single TCL ticket costs €2 and is valid for one hour across bus, metro, and tram. The funicular ticket is €3.50 for a round trip.
Walking
From Vieux Lyon (Place Saint-Jean), it's an uphill walk of approximately 20 minutes to the Jardin des Curiosités. Follow the signs towards Fourvière hill and Saint-Just. The garden is located at the end of Place Abbé Larue, behind the parking area. This route offers a scenic exploration of the historic district. No costs involved.
Taxi/Ride-Share
A taxi or ride-share from Place Bellecour to the Jardin des Curiosités will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The estimated fare is between €15-€20. Ask the driver to take you to Place Abbé Larue in the Saint-Just neighborhood. The garden entrance is located at the back of the parking.
Driving
If driving, navigate to Place Abbé Larue, 69005 Lyon. There is a public parking available directly at Place Abbé Larue, next to the garden entrance. Parking fees typically range from €2.50 to €4 per hour.
