Walking
If you are in the heart of Presqu'île, you can easily walk to Maison Thomassin located at 2 Pl. du Change. From Place Bellecour, head north on Rue de la République until you reach the intersection with Rue du Bât d'Argent. Turn left onto Rue du Bât d'Argent, and continue straight until you reach Place du Change, which will be on your left. Maison Thomassin is located right at this square, easily recognizable by its beautiful façade.
Public Transport - Metro
If you prefer to use public transport, take the Metro Line A from 'Bellecour' station in the direction of 'Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie'. Get off at the 'Cordeliers' station. From there, exit the station and walk northwest on Rue de la République, then turn right onto Rue du Bât d'Argent. Continue straight until you reach Place du Change. Maison Thomassin will be on your left. The Metro fare is approximately €1.90.
Public Transport - Bus
You can also take the bus. Look for lines 29 or 30 and board at a nearby stop (e.g., 'Bellecour'). Ride the bus and get off at 'Place des Jacobins'. From there, walk towards the east along Rue de la République, then turn left onto Rue du Bât d'Argent. Continue straight to arrive at Place du Change, where Maison Thomassin is located. The bus fare is similar to the Metro, around €1.90.
