From the Vieux-Port (Old Port), take the Metro Line 2 (M2) to Notre-Dame du Mont - Cours Julien station. The ride is approximately 5 minutes. From the station, walk southeast on Rue Edmond Rostand, then turn left onto Rue Fongate. Animaux Street Art will be on your right. A single metro ticket costs €2.
