Metro
Begin your journey by taking the Metro Line 2 (Blue Line) from any station in Marseille. If you're starting from Vieux-Port (Old Port), board the train towards Bougainville. Get off at the 'Castellane' station (4 stops). From Castellane, transfer to Tram Line T3. Board the tram towards 'Arenc Le Silo'. Stay on the tram for 4 stops and get off at 'Sainte-Charles'. After exiting the tram, walk towards 'Place de la Joliette' and board Bus Line 83 towards 'La Plage'. Get off at 'Jetée des Catalans'.
Bus
If you're near Vieux-Port, you can take Bus Line 83 directly to Jetée des Catalans. Head to the bus stop at 'Vieux-Port - Hôtel de Ville' and board the bus towards 'La Plage'. The journey will take about 15 minutes, and you will get off at 'Jetée des Catalans'.
Walking
For an enjoyable walk, start from the Vieux-Port (Old Port). Walk along the waterfront promenade towards the east along Quai du Port, then continue onto the Promenade des Rives du Sud. Follow the pathway that runs parallel to the coast until you reach Jetée des Catalans. This should take approximately 20-30 minutes, and you'll enjoy scenic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing services in Marseille. Start from the Vieux-Port and cycle along the coastal path towards Jetée des Catalans. Follow the bike lanes that run along the waterfront, and it will take about 15 minutes to reach your destination.
