If you are starting from the center of Marseille, make your way to the Vieux-Port (Old Port) metro station. Take Line 1 (the yellow line) towards La Fourragère. Get off at the station 'Saint-Charles', then transfer to Line 2 (the blue line) towards Sainte-Marguerite Dromel. Continue to the 'La Rose' stop. From there, you can walk to the Aix-en-Provence train station, where you will catch a train to Aix-en-Provence. The train ride takes about 30 minutes.
