If you are near the Vieux Port (Old Port) area, take Metro Line 1 (the blue line) towards La Fourragère. After three stops, get off at the station 'Saint-Charles'. Transfer to Metro Line 2 (the red line) towards Sainte-Marguerite-Dromel. Get off at the next station 'Notre-Dame du Mont'. From there, exit the metro and walk towards Rue d'Aubagne.

After exiting the Notre-Dame du Mont metro station, head southwest on Rue d'Aubagne towards Rue du Mélo. Continue on Rue d'Aubagne until you reach the intersection with Boulevard de la Libération. Turn left onto Boulevard de la Libération and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Cours Franklin Roosevelt. Turn right onto Cours Franklin Roosevelt, and you will see St. Vincent de Paul Church at number 2 on your left.

From the Vieux Port, you can also take Bus Line 60 from the stop 'Vieux Port' towards 'La Lune'. Get off at the stop 'Réformes - Canebière'. From there, walk along Rue des Réformes until you reach Cours Franklin Roosevelt. Turn right and continue walking for about 5 minutes to reach St. Vincent de Paul Church at 2 Cours Franklin Roosevelt.
