Walking
From the center of Le Cours Julien, head southwest on Rue des Trois Frères Barthélémy. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Grande Armée. Turn left onto Rue de la Grande Armée. Walk for about 5 minutes, passing the local shops and cafes. When you reach the end of Rue de la Grande Armée, turn right onto Rue de la République. Continue for another 5 minutes until you arrive at the Palais des Arts located at 1 Place Auguste et François Carli.

Public Transport - Tram
From Le Cours Julien, walk to the nearest tram station called 'Castellane' which is about a 7-minute walk to the east. At Castellane, take Tram Line 1 towards 'La Timone'. After 3 stops, get off at 'Réformés - Canebière'. From there, transfer to Tram Line 2 towards 'National'. After 2 stops, get off at 'Saint-Charles'.
