The Château de la Gaude stands as a restored 17th-century bastide on a hillside overlooking Aix-en-Provence, once featured in Marcel Pagnol's 'Le Château de ma mère.' Classified as a historical monument, the main building houses seven suites with parquet floors, custom furniture, fireplaces, and views of the French-style gardens. Ten additional rooms in adjoining longères offer warm tones of copper, wood, and grays, evoking a Provençal village atmosphere. The 25-hectare domain includes 17 hectares of AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence vineyards planted with Grenache, Syrah, Vermentino, and others, all under organic cultivation.

Culinary artistry defines the estate with four restaurants. Le Art, a Michelin-starred gem led by Chef Matthieu Derible, twists Provençal flavors into seasonal menus like 'Provence Vagabonde' (190€) featuring rouget laqué, carabineros, and Wagyu. La Source brasserie serves shareable tapas, Iberian hams, and truffle coquillettes (47-57€ lunch). Le K fuses Japanese and French with tempura, gyozas, and sushi assortments.
