Walking (from Arc 1800)
While primarily accessed by skiers, determined walkers can reach L'Arpette from Arc 1800, though it's not recommended in ski boots. From the centre of Arc 1800 (Les Villards), follow the marked path towards the 'Télécabine du Transarc'. Instead of boarding the lift, continue along the piste, following signs for 'L'Arpette'. This is an uphill walk on a piste, so appropriate footwear is essential. Be aware of skiers and snowboarders.
