Getting There

Tram
To reach the Camargue region, start by heading to the nearest tram stop. If you're located in the city center, the 'Comédie' tram stop is a good starting point. From there, take Tram Line 1 (the blue line) in the direction of 'Moularès'. After about 17 minutes, get off at the 'Place de l'Europe' stop. Once you exit the tram, you'll need to switch to Line 3 (the light green line) which will take you towards 'Juvignac'. After a short 5-minute ride, disembark at the 'Lattes - Centre' stop. From here, you can either walk or take a local bus, which will bring you closer to the Camargue.

If you prefer to take a bus, you can catch Bus Line 36 from the 'Comédie' area, which departs regularly for Lattes. Make sure to check the schedule as it may vary. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes, and get off at the 'Lattes-Centre' stop. From this point, you can either walk or use a bike-sharing service to reach the Camargue area.

For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bike from a local bike-sharing service available throughout Montpellier. Start from the city center and cycle towards the south along the river Lez. Follow the cycling paths that lead towards Lattes and eventually to the Camargue region. The ride is approximately 10 km and offers beautiful views along the way.
