From Montpellier city center, make your way to the 'Place de la Comédie' bus stop. Take the line 3 bus in the direction of 'Lattes' and get off at the 'Frontignan Le Poussan' stop. From there, transfer to line 132 towards 'Frontignan'. After about 10 minutes, get off at 'Avenue du Muscat'. Walk down Avenue du Muscat for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at SCA Frontignan Muscat located at 14 Av. du Muscat.

Head to the nearest tram station in Montpellier, which is 'Place de la Comédie'. Take tram line 1 towards 'Odysseum'. Get off at 'Gare Saint-Roch' and transfer to the train service. Board a train heading towards 'Sète'. After about a 10-minute ride, get off at 'Frontignan' station. From there, you can either take a taxi or walk approximately 20 minutes to reach SCA Frontignan Muscat at 14 Av. du Muscat.
