Delayed Flight Compensation Payment
Ryanair receives so much negative feedback so I wanted to share a Positive experience. I recently flew to France and on the way back we were delayed 4 - 5 hours. The fault was a scratch along the side of the Cargo compartment and an Engineer was required to sign it off. After a wait an engineer still hadn't arrived, so a plane was flown empty to rescue us. I applied for compensation via the App as suggested on the 17th July 25 and received payment on the 28th Jul 25, and the compensation was more than the cost of my flight. Thank you Ryanair.
