From the city center of Nantes, head to the Commerce tram station. Take the Tram line 1 (the yellow line) in the direction of 'François Mitterrand'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Hôtel de Ville' stop. Transfer to Tram line 3 (the green line) towards 'Neustrie'. Stay on the tram for about 10 minutes until you reach the 'Haute-Goulaine' stop. From there, walk straight for about 10 minutes along Allée du Château until you reach Château de Goulaine.

Start at the central tram station 'Commerce' and exit towards the bus stop. Take bus line 89 towards 'Goulaine'. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the 'Château de Goulaine' stop. The château will be a short walk away, just across the street. Follow the signs to the entrance.

If you are near the Loire River, you can take a scenic walk towards Château de Goulaine. Start from the 'Île de Nantes' area and walk northeast along the riverbank, enjoying the views. Continue on the pathways until you reach the 'Pont de la Tortière' bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the road signs towards Haute-Goulaine, which is about a 45-minute walk from the river area.
