If you are in Île de Nantes, simply head towards the waterfront area. From the Machines de l'île, walk south along the Boulevard Léon Bureau. Enjoy the view of the river as you stroll. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the Place Marc Elder where the Miroir d'eau is located. It's a large reflective water mirror that offers a beautiful view of the Château des Ducs de Bretagne across the river.

If you are further away in Île de Nantes, you can take the Tram Line 1 from the stop 'Ile de Nantes'. Board the tram heading towards 'François Mitterrand'. Disembark at the 'Commerce' stop. From there, walk along the Rue de la Fosse towards the river for about 5 minutes. Continue straight until you reach Place Marc Elder, where the Miroir d'eau is located. A single tram ticket costs around €1.60.
