Breathtaking Views from Bellanda Tower

Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Promenade des Anglais, head inland towards the Old Town (Vieux Nice). You can enter the Old Town through the Rue Saint François de Paule. Once in the Old Town, walk along the Rue de la Préfecture until you reach Place Rossetti. From there, take Rue de la Poissonnerie towards the east, which will lead you to the bottom of the Parc du Château Escalier. Follow the signs for Parc du Château, and start your ascent up the stairs. It's a steep climb, but the views at the top are breathtaking!

• Public Transport

  Take tram line 1 from the 'Massena' tram station towards 'Henri Sappia'. Get off at the 'Garibaldi' stop. From there, walk towards the Old Town and follow Rue de la Préfecture until you reach Place Rossetti. Then, continue towards Rue de la Poissonnerie, and head to the Parc du Château Escalier. The stairs leading up to the Bellanda Tower will be clearly marked, and the climb will reward you with stunning views of Nice.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi or rideshare service. Simply tell the driver to drop you off at 'Parc du Château Escalier, Mnt Lesage'. The driver will take you as close as possible to the entrance. From there, you will have to walk a short distance to reach the stairs leading up to the Bellanda Tower. Be prepared for a bit of a climb, but it will be worth it for the views!
