If you are near the Nice Étoile shopping center, walk to the nearby tram stop 'Jean Médecin'. Take Tram Line 2 (the blue line) towards 'Aéroport / Promenade'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Promenade des Arts' stop. From there, walk straight down the Promenade des Anglais for about 10 minutes until you reach Parc Phœnix at 405 Prom. des Anglais.
